Our stress-free return policy

You can return all products in any condition—even placemats that kids have colored or drawn on—within 30 days, for any reason.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at usc-info@newspaceview.com, providing the order number from your confirmation email or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted return shipping label for UPS Ground. Shipping for returns is at your expense.
