This map is the perfect size for desktop. This map is chock full of information and I see myself ordering more for friends. Arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition. This provides a great view with the U.S. centered. Very durable.

This is a really nice map to use along with other geography learning materials. It is laminated like a placemat so it should hold up really well. It's a little congested on the US side, with all of the major cities included in addition to the state capitals. I think it takes away a little bit from focusing on just the states and their capitals. I don't think all the cities were necessary. But its bright and colorful and would be a great addition to any home learning curriculum.

Love these, and I am picky about my maps! Have bought 4 already. I use two in my office so that both sides can be seen. Every other map I wanted was too large for the space I have available. I have bought more as gifts for my friends' children. My parents always had a world map and a USA map on the wall, and I learned more about geography from those maps than I ever did at school, but most of us do not have the wall space that my folks' farmhouse had. I am so pleased to have found these, and highly recommend them for you or for gifts. Just remember to buy two if you want to display both the sides! They are certainly affordable enough to make that possible. I only took one star off on easy to read because if the map is smaller then logically the typeface is smaller. I have no problem reading names on it with my reading glasses.
